Day-2 Delhi
0800 hrs Breakfast at Bajaj Indian Home Stay :1000 hrs Introductions - Participants and Staff :1130 hrs Programme Orientation - Schedule Review :1230 hrs Lunch Break at Bajaj Indian Home Stay : 1400 hrs Orientation on Social Behaviours : DOs and DONTs of Indian Culture :1530 hrs Talk on host families :1700 hrs Transfer to the host families. 2000 hrs Dinner with respective host families. Overnight : Host  Family’s Home.

Day-3 Delhi
0800 hrs Breakfast with host families : 0930 hrs Half day tour of Old Delhi area, visiting Jama Masjid - Largest Mosque in India and Red Fort : 1300  hrs Lunch break at host family :1430 hrs Half day tour of New Delhi area visiting Qutab Minar, President's House Parliament House (from outside), & India Gate : 2000 hrs Dinner at host families. Overnight : Host Family’s Home.

Day-4 Delhi
0800 hrs Breakfast at host families :1000 hrs Discussion on General Health Precautions : 1130 hrs Cross cultural orientation on eating and drinking customs  : 1300 hrs Lunch break at host families : 1430 hrs Hindi language training : Dinner with host families. Overnight : Host Family’s Home.   

Day-5 Delhi
0800 hrs Breakfast with host families : 0930 hrs Hindi language training : 1145 hrs Cross cultural orientation on toileting systems : 1300 hrs Lunch break at host families:1530 hrs Introduction to guided meditation : 1830 hrs Early supper with host families; Sound and Light show at Red Fort. Overnight: Host Family’s Home.

Day-6 Delhi/Agra/Delhi
Breakfast with host families : 0700 hrs Drive Delhi  / Agra (203 kms, 5 hrs drive) via Sikandra : Tour of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & local market. Lunch on your own. Dinner enroute Agra/Delhi. Overnight : Bajaj Indian Home Stay, Delhi.

Day-7 Delhi/Solan
Breakfast with host families : Morning drive Delhi / Solan (315 kms, 7 hrs drive) with Lunch enroute: 1600 Introductions - Participants with Staff : 1700 hrs Programme village trek - schedule review : Evening Free to relax : Evening Dinner at Ashram. Overnight : Udgeeth Sadhna Sthali Ashram, Solan. (Surrounded by Hills, Scenic Natural Beauty).

Day-8  Solan
Early morning Yoga and Meditation Class by Guruji : Breakfast at Ashram : Late morning relax. Lunch at Ashram. Afternoon workshop/Project class on Nature and Science (Like Photosynthesis, Soil  Conditions etc.); Evening Lecture by Guru Acharya Arya Naresh Ji on Vedic Philosophy. Faith is the sole sustaining power of those who walk the spiritual path. Nothing gives the human mind so much strength and confidence as prayer based on faith. Dinner at Ashram. Overnight : Udgeeth Sadhna Sthali Ashram, Solan.

Day-9 Solan
0800 hrs Breakfast at Ashram : 0900 hrs Yoga and Meditation Class by Guruji :1200 hrs Lunch :1300 hrs Village trek in and around Solan :1700 hrs Lecture by Guru Acharya Arya Naresh Ji : 2000 hrs Dinner at Ashram. Overnight : Udgeeth Sadhna Sthali Ashram, Solan.

Day-10  Solan
Breakfast at Ashram. 0900 hrs Village trek in and around Solan :1200 hrs Packed Lunch : 1300 hrs Village trek in and around Solan : 1700 hrs Lecture by Guru Acharya Arya Naresh Ji : Dinner at Ashram. Overnight : Udgeeth Sadhna Sthali Ashram, Solan.

Day-11 Solan/Delhi
Breakfast at Ashram : 0900 hrs Drive Solan / Delhi and Lunch Enroute. 1600 hrs Free to relax or own shopping in Delhi. Farewell Dinner at Homestay. Overnight : Bajaj Indian Home Stay, Delhi

Day-12  Depart Delhi
Departure transfer from Hotel to Delhi Airport to connect onward International flight Home.
